Your voucher can be found in your "wallet" at the bottom right corner. If you have multiple vouchers, simply swipe between them.

Your voucher is added at the last step of the order before payment. If you have any problems, just give us a call!

Once you have swiped (food, not people) and paid, the following three things happen:

1) You receive confirmation from the bar that your food is now being carefully prepared.

2) You receive a notification of when your food is ready.

3) You receive a notification that your food is now ready for collection.

You will receive all these messages under "Profile" in the bottom right corner.

If you want to change the pick-up time, please call the restaurant you ordered to:

If you can't add your card, in most cases it's because your card is not updated with NETS. They have made an update regarding online commerce, which means you may need to update them. You can do this here. Be aware that NETS will ask you for two codes. The first you will receive via SMS, while the second is your own private code.

If you need to delete your card details, you can do so under "Profile" in the bottom right corner. Then select "Payment cards", where you can freely delete and add.
